Building Extensions- New Builds

Starting with our contract, to the building phase, we will make sure we are there to answer any of your questions when the home or extension is being built. We are there to problem solve, answering questions or phone calls. and make you feel you can call us anytime. Our aim is to ensure when you build a new home or an extension with us, and it’s hassle free.

Retirement Living

We work as a building contractor in aged care to provide end of lease handover projects to incoming new customers. We are experienced in healthcare operations, in addition to building and re modelling of aged care facilities. We can assist our customers with meeting compliance requirements, proposing cost-effective and high-quality solutions during the aged care handover phase. We are well equipped to deliver aged care remodelling projects on time, even if working in live environments (working within an operating aged care centre).

End of Lease Make Good Repairs

Vara Building offers complete end-of-lease ‘make-good’ services.

Standard lease clauses require vacating tenants to return the property to its original pre-lease condition or ‘back to base building’ condition.

Make good / de-fit / back-to-lease condition services include:

Ensure all fixtures and fittings are up to Australian Standards.

Floor, wall and ceiling refurbishment to pre-lease condition.

Painting, flooring, tiling repairs, etc….
